I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I matted and layered the topper onto cream card then mounted it onto a blank pink card.I added the decoupage and sentiment with foam pads,to finish the card I used gold border peel-offs and a little glitter...a beautiful card for lots of ocassions.
