I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper. I cut, scored and folded the base and added the top elements with foam pads. I added a die cut decoration to the top of the top circle.
Beautiful design that can be used as a rocker or a topper for a card.

After printing the sheet on a good quality of paper I cut out the elements. Folded the base and taped it in to a white card. Build it up with 3D pads, and decorate with peel off borders, pearls and a bow. Great sheet.
