Any Occasion Card Pink and BlueCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed the sheet out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper.

I matted the base layer onto blue holo card, then onto a wide mat of gold card, added 2 pink feathers & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I matted the panel onto the same gold card & used foam pads to decoupage it to the base image.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust, Diamond & Glam Pink Stickles to add lot's of sparkle.

A very colourful card that would definitely cheer anyone up.
