Friendship is Little Things - Topper and DecoupageCompleted by Lynda Jones
I used a white A5 card blank for this design mounting the base of the topper towards the top of the card.
I then added various of the decoupage elements. To complete I used a tag from cup15838_37 (Vintage Tags) to which I fixed a peel off sentiment.
I also used two red card candy dots as a contrast. Finally I added some red and black gems in the bottom corners for added bling.
