Firstly I cut out the layers and found some nice soft pink pearl card and folded to make an A5 card.
I thenshaped the tulip layers and layered them using pinflair.
I raised the tag on foam pads and added a silver Happy Anniversary greeting and tulip and added the border strip on the bottom.
This card is lovely and can be used for many occasions.
