Tulips in Watering Can Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Tracey Hutsby

I printed the sheet onto gloss photo paper and cut out the elements. I used an A4 sheet of pale yellow silk art cardstock and matted with pale green pearl paper and then the main image, all adhered using DST.

I decoupaged the tulips using silicone glue to give dimension, added some gorgeous pale yellow dotty ribbon, gemstones and a sentiment.

A gorgeous card to make and easy to cut out.
