I used white A4 card and covered the front with lilac card. Then I part covered that with patterned paper and a silver border. I then stuck topper on to the front of the card and layered up the other pieces using silicone glue.
Added a sentiment.
Put ribbon across the corner of the topper and put on some tiny gems to decorate.
