Tulip TimeCompleted by Rosina Walker

I covered an A5 card with some deep gold card,then printed this image onto decoupage paper,mounted the main image onto the card, then decoupaged up the tulips and added text,cut out the bookmarker,punch a hole at the top,threaded tassel through then stuck silver card onto the back of the marker.
