Tulip Birthday Scroll Within a Scroll
This unusual design of a scroll with birthday sentiment scroll embellished with tulips and butterflies comes with one base layer, five step by step pieces which includes a sentiment tag(scroll).

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I placed a blob of silicone glue under the wings of the butterflies to give more definition. I added glitter to the wings of the butterflies and to the centre of the large tulip. I added a red organza ribbon with butterflies on to complete this gorgeous card.
