Red Tulips with Heart Step by StepCompleted by Nancy JB Boatwright

I printed the sheet on glossy photo paper and cut out the 3D heart, Tulips and bow. I matted the base image to a piece of white textured cardstock and then attached it to a red card that I heat embossed with flowers and butterflies using Seafoam white embossing powder.

I raised the 3Ds with foam dots and added a tiny white pearl to the bow. This is a really nice image. It will be great for anniversaries, and just to say thinking of you...love you?miss you.
