Friendship Spring Flowers Card 1Completed by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Friend
I printed out design onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with clear glaze to tulips and crocus, pink organza ribbon and bow down spine, pink bubble drops to outer corners and butterfly and gold stickles to scroll pattern on base sheet.
A beautiful design with a lovely sentiment.
