Dutch Tulips

I printed onto Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements, I then used dst to to attach main front onto a white felt card.

Using foam pads i assembled the Decoupe.

I used dst to attach the sentiment to top of card and used a yellow Bow on the corner of sentiment and stuck a bling onto bow.

Being married into a Dutch family this will make a lovely Birthday card.
