I have designed this decoupage as a very easy sheet, ideal for any crafter at any level. Simply cut out the base and glue to your card and then cut out the layers, then using 3D foam or silicone glue add the layers to the base design on your card.
Embellish if you want. A very quick and effective looking design.

I resized the image to print on to half A4, mounted the topper on to gold linen card, punched the bottom edge, then placed on to a green pearl card.
Layered all elements. Added gold seed beads to the corner of each scallop and finished with a greeting.
A beautiful design, will suit many occasions.
