with love and best wishes
This is a great 3D decoupage card front for many reasons, the words say with love and best wishes, so it can be used for birthdays, get well, congratulations, and many more. It is A5 in size so fits nicely into any A5 envelope when finished.
as it is photo quality it looks stunning when finished, and it is really easy to make, so enjoy.

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to cream and black card. Layered all elements. Added gems. A gorgeous design.
I printed on matte card added to a matching base card then used foam squares to add the decoupage, I used glitter paint and pearl drops for some highlights and tiny gems on the stars, I printed an insert and envelope to match on 100gsm paper to complete.
