Golden Celebration

I printed on to good quality photo paper and cut out all the elements. I mounted the base on to a mink card which I had already fixed some pale backing paper all with dst.

I fixed the decoupage with foam pads.

I finished off adding some glitter to the champagne, a gold bow and a couple of gold pearls.
