True Friends
This design is a floral rocker card with decoupage and a verse. Just cut out the large floral circle and fold in half to form the rocker and then add the small circle with the roses on it and then the decoupage.
See the small design on the top of the page to see roughly how the rocker works. It is approximately 5.5 inches across. This is made for hand cutting.

I printed out sheets onto matt photo-paper, cut out and folded large floral circle in half to form the rocker base, attached smaller circle with roses onto rocker and added decoupage with foam pads.
A pretty design with a lovely sentiment on it.
With the second design I attached the circle base to a square white card, added scalloped edge topper and decoupage with foam pads and finished with gold corner peel-offs.
