Soft Blue Rose Petals - Scalloped Edge CardCompleted by Cindy Thompson
OccasionFloral / Floral Roses
I printed this lovely blue rose scalloped edge onto gloss photo paper, cut out the main image and mounted it onto white linen card, then cut out the decoupage elements then mounted them onto the card using 1mm foam pads, finished off with silver peel off around the scalloped edge and added silver corners.
