Print and cut main picture, roses and sentiment. Use double foam pads to decoupage to give more height. Add a ribbon and a flat backed string of ivory pearls on the left, pink gems and ivory pearls to decorate main image and 2 large pearls for the right hand corners.
Use iridescent glitter glue on the roses.
