Light Blue Rose Decoupage SheetCompleted by Fran Turner

This decoupage is one of the most beautiful I have assembled for quite some time. It is quite large and impressive. I printed out on 160gsm decoupage paper, cut out all elements and assembled using 2mm foam pads.

I then placed on a regal blue A5 card front (with 2mm foam tape) which I had already put a silver peel off border all round the edge.

I highlighted the leaves and rose with Stickles glue placing a pale blue gem in centre of rose. The whole card was finished off by adding a blue gem in each of 4 corners and a birthday greeting.

I added a blue rose insert page (from cup113428_99) to which I added a verse. The additional rose topper I placed on lefthand side of insert. Such a beautiful card.
