There are three in this series of sheets and a matching insert plaque available.
A pretty sheet adorned with birds, flowers and a bird nest. The text in middle of card says - A Special Day, That's just for You, May all your Hopes and Dreams Come True. - the sentiment/greeting ovals say - Happy Birthday, Your Special Day, Treasure the Moments and a blank for your own message.
Card front prints out at approx 7" x 7"

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. DST was used to add the Topper to a White Card, and the Insert inside. Foam pads were used to add the Decoupage. I put some Crystal Glitter on parts of the Flowers. A Beautiful Design.
Printed pattern onto 130gsm matte inkjet paper and mounted base image onto white metallic card stock. Attached 3D elements with foam pads and used a border sticker around edge. Added faux gems, a touch of glitter and added greeting .
