Grandma Card Roses Decoupage

The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a mint pearlesent card as my base. I attached a piece of lace effect backing paper and used peel offs to create a border and corners.

I mounted the topper onto a piece of green textured card and layered up the decoupage using Pinflair glue gel.

I used a Sakura clear stardust pen, gems, ribbon and sprayed the front with glitter spray to decorate.
