I printed the sheet off onto glossy photo paper and cut out the elements. I added the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I added a shiny blue mat to an 8x8" white card and mounted the image onto it using double sided tape.

I added blue gems to the fan pattern and a sentiment from the sheet to finish it off. This is a stunning design that could be used for several different occasions.
