I printed image onto bob's photo paper and assembled decoupage with glue gel.I then attached image to navy pearl card and punched a border on either side.I matted this onto emerald green pearl card and attached to 8x8 scallop card.I highlighted pearls with crystal glitter and finished by adding a gold tasselled cord that I got from Dianne Jackson's crafty bob shop.
