I printed this out on to decoupage paper and cut out all the pieces. I used a white 8x8 card and layered with dark blue pearlised card with dst. I layered up the decoupage, added a wide organza bow in cream and added a few gems and glitter to decorate.
I put a Happy birthday peel off across the centre.
