I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I assembled the decoupage using silicone glue. I attached design Butterflies Background Paper Blue, cUp 201413_117 to the card using double sided tape.

I attached the design to the card using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using a brad from my craft box. I attached the bows using thin foam tape.
