A Lovely Primrose Card
This design is no. 3 in a serie of five with vintage flowers taken from old books or postcards. I think these old drawings and paintings are so beautiful that they deserve not to be hidden in drawers or boxes, and therefore I have given them a new vintage-like background.
Theyll all make very, very pretty cards which can be used for what ever occasion you may like. The cutting is maybe not the easiest part of it, but the layering is easy, because every single item is numbered in the order it appears in the layering process.

I printed out the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto pink mirror card, added 2 pink feathers & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Icicle, Glam Pink, Star Dust & Dark Blue Stickles to add some sparkle.
