A Delicate Blue Rose Decoupage
Sometimes less is more and this single rose says a thousand words.

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto an A5 white scallop edge card using d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
To finish I placed some matching card candi on the bow and ribbon.
