Ruby Wedding Anniversary Decoupage with Red RosesCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

I added glitter to the little white flowers around the roses to compliment this gorgeous card. The little topper can be attached to the back of the card or used as a matching gift tag.
