Celebration Red Rose Topper

I printed onto glossy photo card. I die cut 2 buckles from gold pearlescent card then added 2 strands of cerise organza ribbon. I attached to the front using DST then secured at the back of the topper before mounting onto a white card blank using DST.

I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with the matching insert.
