Red Rose DecoupageCompleted by Fran Turner
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
I printed this out on photo quality 130gsm paper and cut out the elements. This rose looks as if it is velvet. I assembled the decoupage with foam pads and then mounted it on to a black card for impact.
I then added gold corners to the card and a little glitter to the rose for effect.
