Teal Framed Rose Dome's with DecoupageCompleted by Nancy JB Boatwright

I printed the sheet on glossy photo paper. I used Glossy Accent on the domes and the butterflies. I then raised the dimensions with foam dots. I punched a square piece of matching cardstock with an around the page punch.

The card base is behind the image and the punched area hangs over the edge of the card base. This is a very pretty image. Teal is my new favorite color.
