Rose Spinning WheelCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I printed this sheet twice onto photo paper, so I could add extra decoupage. I cut out the pieces, then mounted the base image onto black card, then onto a 20cm x 20cm card blank.

I tied two pieces of ribbon in a knot, then stuck it to the back of a strip of black card and stuck it next to the image.

I used 1mm foam pads to add the layers and the text plate.
