I printed out sheet onto matt photoopaper, cut out elements and attached base to pearlescent lilac paper, then to scalloped edge white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with star dust stickles to roses, pink gems to corners, tassel to top corner and peel-offs round centre topper.

A beautiful design.
