Pink Roses on an Ornate Fan 8in x 8in DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I resized the image to print on to half A4 and printed on to pearlescent paper. Mounted the topper on to a square card with decorative edges, and layered all elements. To embellish I added 2 pearl hearts, some sequin flowers, and a touch of glitter. An absolutely stunning design.
