Pink Rose Girls Topper with Pyramid & DecoupageCompleted by Rae Trees

I printed the design on good quality semi gloss photo paper and attached the base to a white card. I've used a bow punch on the bottom of the card and added a pink insert to show through the bows.

I assembled the elements with both thin and thick foam pads and added one of the inserts. Absolutely gorgeous design, very feminine.
