I printed the sheet of onto 200gsm CUP photo paper, I matted the base image onto white holo shimmer card, then onto blue textured shimmer card and then onto the white holo shimmer again, added a pink feather and used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 card bank i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel and used Star Dust Stickles on the lace frame, water & flowers.
