I printed this card top onto gloss photo paper, I used foam squares for the decoupage, and DST. to mount onto embossed card stock that I folded to complete the card.
I used a gold glitter pen to highlight the eyelets that the ribbon threads through, and on the chain for the pendant.
This is a very elegant card top.
