I printed this lovely design onto quality card , then cut out all the elements I took a blank card and matted with taupe pearl card to bring out the lovely colours,to this I added the base design then added the decoupage with foam pads,I added pearls around the scallop then finish by adding a little glitter and a peel off greeting,A stunning finished card with such lovely detail.
