English Country Roses Scallop Card FrontCompleted by Fran Turner

I printed this on to satin finish photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I used a pale lilac card and mounted the base design with dst and the decoupage with foam pads. I added a cerise bow at the top and some cerise peel offs along the side.

I finisihed off by adding some pale blue gems around the scallop.
