Cerise Poppy Happy Mothers Day 8in Scallop Decoupage Topper

I have designed this as a 8in scallop decoupage topper. The details are still full and beautiful and you still make it the same by cutting out the main image and using the decoupage pieces for building the design up.

It will look fab on a 8x8inch card.

I have added a gorgeous sentiment for that occassions you might need.
