Pink Peony decoupageCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a white C5 card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with an organza & metal butterfly and flower.
A lovely design.
