Copied to glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. Matted to a white scalloped card, using d.s.t. cut out the shape top and bottom.
Built up the decoupage with foam pads and gel glue. Added glitter to the pansy centers, used three blue flowers from my kit and a lacy peel-off border.
Such a glorious mix of blue tones and shades. This card can be used for numerous occasions so enhancing it's sales.
