First with this design i printed it out onto glossy photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements,i placed the main design base in the centre of a light blue C5 card then added a silver boder all the way around the outside edges of the design along with four ornate silver corners, to finish i made up the design using 2mm sticky pads to give height, this is a terrific design was very easy to cut and make up, and is stunning and effective when done, any mum would love it.
