Printed on matte photo paper. I attached the base layer with DST to a scalloped, dark blue card, then onto white card, and finally onto a dark blue card.
The 3D layers were built with silicone gel and/or foam pads.
I distressed the white cardstock and a bit of the base image edges to add to the vintage look, then added a bow, some rhinestones, and some glitter glue embellishment.
