I made an A5 fold back card, put a Happy Birthday backing paper on the back panel and layered the topper on to sparkly silver mirri, fixing it to the card half on and half off the front fold back section.
I then added the pyramage, text (with foam pads) and peel offs to the front, finishing off by adding a gem to the bow and three pearls within the peel offs.
