I printed onto smooth white card then cut out all elements,I then matted a blank scalloped card with dark blue pearl card added the base design then built the decoupage with foam pads.I finished by adding blue gemstones to the flowers and butterflies ,silver ornate corner peel offs,and a silver thread bow.A stunning design,lots of different options.
