Flower Filled Wheelbarrow 3D Decoupage SheetCompleted by SYLVIA Chapman

I used this download with another one from Carole which formed the background but may use the wheelbarrow alone on another project.The card was simple to assemble I added no bows or lace as the picture included those elements already.

I cut out the decoupage and assembled it with foam pads.. I used the three little bows along the bottom part of the card and added three little card candies.

I put one small picture onto the back of the card and used the others as gift tagsThis was a fun card to make if , like me; you enjoy cutting decoupage.This is a pretty and bright card and will suit a female birthday
