Printed on matte photo paper, I mounted the base image onto a card made from some matte gold cardstock with a raised glittered design, cutting the front of the card smaller than the back on the right side.
I cut the right side with scalloped scissors and added a border of a fancy, coordinating paper. I cut out the layers on the sheet and attached them with silicone gel, then outlined the inner scalloped edge with gold glitter.
