Blue & White Flowers on Blue LaceCompleted by Audrey Wilson

I printed onto matte photo paper, then cut out,I then matted a blank card with a blue textured card to bring out the lovely colours, then added the decoupage with foam pads,I finished by adding a blue gemstone to the tag and cream pearl corner peel offs.Would be suitable for many occasions and I,m sure well received by the recipient.
