I printed onto matte photo card then molunted the topper onto my card blank using DST. I added the decoupage using 2mm foam pads.

I printed the sheets onto high quality card paper. I cut out all the elements. Using double side adhesive tape, I attached the decoupages to the card. Then, I glued the front and back sides of the card and added the insert.
